If you have your original design and want to make it apply for phone case, you can find a supplier, usually is Chinese supplier to evaluate it. Before you find the supplier, you may need to confirm the effect your need, size of the case cover, material it maybe, quantity will needed for first order, also packing details. Then you can send details and simple design picture to the supplier, usually you can got quotation within 1 or 2 days.

Different factory main in different MOQ for buyers. For big company, usually MOQ is 1000pcs or 3000pcs, medium factory main 500pcs or 1000pcs, for small factory usually can be 200pcs per design. Also some big and medium factory can accept 200pcs as sample or trail order. Usually big factory will quote the higher price because of their cost. If you need more than 5000pcs, it is better to find a big supplier, if quantity under 3000pcs, you can consider medium suppliers. Quantity under 1000pcs and with various design, it’s better to consider small factory due to cost and flexibility.

After you choose the right supplier, then move to the sample step. Sample usually need about 5 to 7 days, if you have 3D file, then can be within 5 days. With AI or PDF 1:1 flat drawing, will need about 7 days. If just pictures, then will need about 7 to 9 days, 2 more days for drawing.

Once sample confirmed, then can move to mass production. Usually before mass production, there will be a mold time 5 to 7 days to make all production molds ready. Then for production, daily output can be 100pcs to 400pcs, it depends on the workers and mold quantity. You can check details with the chosen supplier. 

At last, is the shipping. Less than 1000pcs with simple bulk packing, suggest to send by courier, cheaper and faster. Can ask your supplier to help for this, there was many agent of DHL, FedEx and TNT in China, you usually can got a good price from supplier. Will be lower than send by DHL or FedEx directly.
